Copywriting and verbal identity are my favourite things to do. I like to think working as an in-house marketer and then an account director and branding and content specialist in an agency have shaped me into a better writer and strategist.
My slightly wonky path into full-time writing has taught me about all the things that are just as important as the copy itself, like getting it done on time, replying to emails quickly and being flexible when projects move around.
